Outstanding wear resistance: its friction coefficient is usually 0.1-0.3, about 1/4 of the phenolic plastic. 1/3 of babbitt alloy, so it is a self-lubricating material.

Good mechanical properties: its surface hardness is large, and has high tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength and high ductility, its compressive strength is comparable to metal, its fatigue strength and cast iron and aluminum alloy and other metal materials at the same level.

Excellent chemical stability: it is not affected by chemicals, whether weak bases, alcohols, esters, copper, hydrocarbon oils.

A wide range of cold and heat resistance: it can maintain a certain mechanical strength at -60°C and a heat resistance temperature of 80-100°C.

Light specific gravity: its specific gravity is between 1.05 and 1.15.

Using nylon pipe instead of copper pipe can intuitively see the flow of liquid, and can be freely bent according to user needs.

Precautions for processing and use:

Because the product is a thermoplastic material, the user should pay strict attention to the following matters when processing and using:

Turning: speed is less than 600r/min, feed speed is less than 0.6mm/r and cooled with water or saponified oil at the same time.

Drilling: Drilling with an outer diameter less than or equal to 1/3 of the rod diameter drill (but the maximum diameter of the drill shall not exceed 30mm), drilling Angle of 90-110°, speed less than 400r/min, and to exit the drill in time, water or saponified oil cooling, and then continue to drill or reamer according to the above operating procedures.
