Nylon material has obvious advantages in wear resistance and lubricity, and can be self-lubricating.POM sheet manufacturers usually heat treat nylon after molding, or add a small amount of graphite, molybdenum disulfide and other solid lubricants before polymerization, which can increase the wear resistance of nylon. In addition, mineral oil can be added to cast nylon. The additives are evenly distributed in the nylon product, tiny oil droplets, so as to obtain an oily casting nylon and increase its wear resistance.
