MC nylon plate is modified on the basis of ordinary nylon sheet. It has high crystallinity, high molecular weight 100,000, 3-5 times higher than ordinary nylon 6, mechanical properties three times higher than ordinary nylon, good dimensional stability, low water absorption, high mechanical strength and hardness. It has good heat resistance and other characteristics.

MC nylon plate has many advantages as an engineering plastic:

1. Light weight. Only 1/7 of the manganese steel liner can greatly reduce the weight of the inner cylinder. It can reduce unnecessary strength and power between parts and components, and reduce the inertia of movement. It is also very easy to load, unload and maintain.

2. Reduce dryness. When used in mechanical equipment and silos, hoppers and mixing barrels, the noise can be reduced by 10-15 dB. It plays a protective role in the physical and mental health of workers.

3. Good flexibility. MC nylon plates can keep the curved surface permanently deformed, so they can maintain strength and toughness to resist the fracture caused by repeated impact loads, which is very necessary for the parts to withstand high impact loads.

4. Good self-lubrication and wear resistance. MC oil and wear resistant nylon products can be used under general conditions of light load and low speed without additional lubricants. Nylon is characterized by slight wear when first used, and little wear later. In addition, the friction coefficient of MC and wear-resistant nylon is 0.3-0.4. In addition, due to its low self-lubrication and water absorption, nylon containing MC oil has self-cleaning properties and is not easy to bond with other materials.

5. Good mechanical properties. MC nylon plate crystallizes below its melting point and has a high molecular weight, so its mechanical strength is much greater than that of ordinary nylon 6 and nylon 66 products, especially with better creep resistance and fatigue resistance, so it can withstand heavy loads. It’s been a long time without deformation.
