From the thermal expansion performance analysis of MC nylon plate, it can be seen that when thermal expansion occurs, the maximum deformation displacement of nylon plate is mainly the longer part of nylon plate without locating bolts. The analysis shows that temperature is the sensitive factor of nylon sheet deformation. Therefore, the thermal expansion of nylon plate changes at different temperatures, and the deformation displacement of nylon plate changes with the change of temperature. The experimental results show that the thermal expansion deformation of nylon sheet at 40℃ is mainly concentrated on the edge of nylon sheet, the maximum deformation displacement is 0.527mm, less than 1 mm, and the deformation along the thickness direction is small. At about 60 degrees, the thermal expansion deformation of the nylon sheet is very obvious. Its maximum deformation displacement is 3.952 mm. The deformation position occurs far away from the two positioning bolts. Therefore, it can be seen that the shape of the nylon sheet occurs along the thickness due to the thermal expansion deformation of the nylon sheet and the limitation of the positioning bolt. Directional bending (mushroom direction) will cause the nylon plate to permanently deform, which has a great impact on the use of the equipment.

The thermal expansion deformation displacement of MC nylon plate is different in different temperature ranges. At the same time, the thermal expansion deformation of MC nylon sheet changes with the change of temperature. The analysis shows that the thermal expansion deformation of MC nylon sheet is in the temperature range of 100.C, which is very important for understanding the thermal expansion performance of nylon sheet.
